Breakfast:
Egg Beaters 100% Egg Whites with Two Sisters Gourmet Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Lunch:
Schmaltz Deli, 1/2 Overstuffed Herald Square on tortilla, minus tortilla, and 1/4 of Stilton Specialty Salad
Dinner:
Stir fry of Boneless chicken thighs, red and green bell pepper, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots with black bean and garlic sauce. I also attempted to make MooShoo Wrappers (crepes) with egg whites, a little flour, stevia and some milk. Probably not any where near low carb so I will probably not eat any.
