Breakfast - 1/8 or so lb. of turkey. Yes plain turkey. I just couldn't look at another egg this morning.
Lunch - 1/2 Stilton salad from Schmaltz. (Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, artichoke hearts, almonds, bleu cheese, balsamic vinaigrette)
Dinner - Pork tenderloin basted with TSG Porcini Mushroom Balsamic Vinaigrette, and whatever vegetable my friend Michelle brings over for dinner.
Must look for good snacks. Pecans are getting old. Maybe a little bit of pepper jack cheese today.
